Returns and refunds

Every piece is printed to order for you in the UK. If it is not right, here is what happens.

Our 30-day money back guarantee Send back any unworn, unwashed item, in the condition you received it, within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the item.

Your legal right to cancel (UK and EU) You can cancel within 14 days of the day your order arrives, no reason needed. This applies to every item in the store. If you cancel within 14 days we refund the item and the original standard delivery charge. Any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. See our Right of Withdrawal page for the full terms and the model withdrawal form.

How to send a return Email support@rockoffretail.com with your order number and the items you are sending back. Pack the items securely, put a note with your order number inside, and post them to: Rock Off Retail Returns,
KDS Group, 22A Mandervell Rd, Oadby,
Leicester, LE2 5LQ, United Kingdom.

We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or misprinted.

Refunds If you cancel under your 14-day right, we refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of being told you are cancelling. We may wait until we receive the goods or you give us evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. For returns under our 30-day guarantee, we refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted That is on us. Contact support@rockoffretail.com. A photo and your order number help us sort it faster, but neither is required to use your legal rights. UK customers can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery and may have further rights after that. EU customers keep their mandatory consumer rights. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or misprinted items.

Different size Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot swap sizes directly. Return the original for a refund and place a new order in the size you need.
