Ordering
How do I order?
Find your band, pick your size, add it to your bag and head to checkout. Done. You do not need an account, though creating one makes reorders and order tracking easier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel at any time after ordering and up to 14 days after your order arrives, using your right of withdrawal. Want to change an order rather than cancel it? Get in touch through the Support page fast: changes depend on whether printing has started.
Printing and made to order
Why does my tee take a few days?
Every item is printed to order, just for you, on professional DTG (direct to garment) presses. Nothing sits in a warehouse going stale. Your order goes to print when you place it. Standard delivery arrives in 2 to 5 working days, printing included (remote postcodes can take longer). Need it fast? Except for the remote postcodes listed on our Delivery page, Express orders received by 10am UK time on a working day aim to arrive the next working day.
Does printed to order mean lower quality?
The opposite. Fresh prints on quality blanks, produced in the UK, with the same inks and presses used for the official band merch you see at shows.

Where do you deliver?
Across the UK, to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, to every country in the European Union, and to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. How much is delivery and how long does it take?
UK Standard is £4.99 and takes 2 to 5 working days (remote postcodes can take longer), and it is free on orders of £50 or more. UK Express (Next Day) is £6.99: for orders received by 10am UK time on a working day (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays), we aim to deliver the next working day, printing included. Orders received later, at the weekend or on a bank holiday start the next working day. Remote postcodes in Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey get Standard delivery at £4.99 on every order, with no free delivery or Express. The Delivery page lists the postcodes. EU delivery is £14.99 and the other listed countries are £23.99. We send international orders with duties and import taxes already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Returns and refunds
What if I change my mind?
You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your order arrives, on every item, because our designs are stock designs printed on demand rather than personalised. On top of that, our extra 30-day money back guarantee covers any unworn, unwashed item sent back within 30 days of delivery. What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
If an item is faulty, damaged or misprinted, that is on us. Contact support@rockoffretail.com. A photo and your order number help us sort it faster, but neither is required to use your legal rights. UK customers can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery and may have further rights after that. EU customers keep their mandatory consumer rights. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or misprinted items.
Sizing
How do the sizes fit?
Every product page has a size guide right next to the size picker. When in doubt between two sizes, most of our crew size up for that classic band-tee drape. Still not sure? Email support@rockoffretail.com and we will help you pick.
Licensing
Is this official merch?
Every band and pop culture design is one hundred percent official, produced under licence from the artists and rights holders. The bands you love get their cut from every sale. No bootlegs, ever. Our Spiral gothic and alternative designs are Spiral’s own original artwork.
