Changed your mind? Our extra 30-day guarantee covers unworn, unwashed items. Your legal rights for faulty goods still apply.

Our 30-day money back guarantee

Send back any unworn, unwashed item, in the condition you received it, within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price of the item.

If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, your legal right of withdrawal also applies: we refund the item and the original standard delivery charge.

How to send a return

These steps help us process your return quickly. To use your legal right of withdrawal, any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough; an order number, a note or a tracked service is not required.

  1. Email support@rockoffretail.com with your order number and the items you are sending back.
  2. Pack the items securely, put a note with your order number inside, and post them to:
    Rock Off Retail Returns, KDS Group, 22A Mandervell Rd, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5LQ, United Kingdom
  3. We recommend a tracked postal service, and keep your proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or misprinted.

Refunds

If you withdraw under your legal 14-day right, we refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of being told you are withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the goods or you give us evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. For returns under our extra 30-day guarantee, we refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty or misprinted?

If an item is faulty, damaged or misprinted, that is on us. Contact support@rockoffretail.com. A photo and your order number help us sort it faster, but neither is required to use your legal rights. UK customers can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery and may have further rights after that. EU customers keep their mandatory consumer rights. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or misprinted items.

Need a different size?

Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot swap sizes directly. Return the original for a refund and place a new order in the size you need. Check the size guide on each product page first.
